In his diverse portfolio of litigated matters are lawsuits where he has represented design professionals, including architects and engineers. Greg has represented parties in cases arising from the design and construction of large hotels, residential tracts, spec homes, condominium projects, shopping malls, and public works projects.

Notable Result

Achieved a defense verdict on a San Diego jury trial on behalf of a mechanical engineer on a large public works project where seven figure damages were being sought by the general contractor and mechanical subcontractor; also obtained a $500,000 award of attorneys’ fees and costs in addition to the defense verdict.
