Greg Hagen
Gregory Hagen is an experienced trial attorney with more than 30 years in the profession and a diverse trial practice.
Greg has represented clients in business litigation, professional liability, construction, products, and general liability matters. His complex litigation practice includes partnership disputes, bad faith actions, and unfair business practice claims. Greg has tried numerous cases to successful conclusion by way of jury verdict, decision by bench trial or binding arbitration award.
Before forming his own firm, Greg worked at Wilson Elser, a large 800+attorney firm with offices throughout the United States and and overseas. He was one of the “go-to” attorneys in the San Diego office for handling trials in complex state court matters venued throughout Califiornia.

Fourth District Reverses Lower Court Ruling in Construction Defect Litigation

In an opinion issued on January 22, 2015, the Fourth District Court of Appeals left the door open for an insured in a multi-carrier insurance coverage case to attempt the allocation of settlement monies away from defense costs and essentially “pocket” settlements – attributing them to Brandt fees – while continuing its efforts against non-settling carriers.
